The larger
30ft x 15ft heated pool, villa 1 is situated
at the rear of the villa in a 50ft x 35ft sun deck
The 28ft x 14ft heated pool, villa 2 is situated at the
rear of the villa in a 40ft x 24ft sun deck
The gas heated Jacuzzi is also adjacent the pool and is
controlled by 15 minute timer which can be restarted if
required. The pool is protected by a removable safety fence
to stop unsupervised child access to the pool. There is
also a gas barbecue grill. Totally private
The Vaulted
ceiling living room comprises a lounge suite
coffee table, 42 inch LCD TV, Dolby surround sound Home
Cinema and telephone with seating for 8 people with patio
doors leading to the pool deck.
The Kitchen
is fully fitted with Refrigerator/freezer,
dishwasher, Oven/stove, microwave, waste disposal and Ice
maker. There is a breakfast bar with seating.
The separate
Dining room has table and chairs with seating
for 8 people.
The Games room
contains a full size pool table where balls are available
for Snooker if required. The room is tastefully furnished
with a corner lounge suite with ample seating for players.
There is also a 36 inch TV, DVD VCR and PS3 for further
relaxation.
The Master
bedroom contains a King Size Bed with side
tables and dressing table/chest of drawers with large mirror,
TV , DVD and telephone leading to the en-suite bathroom
which contains a large quadrant shaped bath, large cubicle
shower, WC, and twin vanity washbasins also leading to a
large walk in Closet.
Bedroom 2
contains a King size bed with side tables, TV DVD dressing
table/ chest of drawers with large mirror, Wardrobe closet,
leading to the en-suite bathroom.
En-suite bathroom
